About the "$100-175/hr" Range on This Site

When we reference $100-175/hr, we're describing the billing rates achievable by independent Power Platform consultants with strong consulting skills, a professional portfolio, and enterprise positioning. This range reflects what experienced consultants bill clients, not entry-level W-2 salaries.

According to Glassdoor, senior Power Platform consultants earn $78-105/hr in W-2 roles. Independent consultants typically bill 30-50% above W-2 equivalent rates to account for self-employment taxes, benefits, and business overhead. That places independent consulting rates at $100-175/hr for well-positioned consultants.

Entry-level positions typically start at $35-55/hr. The Career Lab is designed to help you build toward the higher end of the market through consulting skills, portfolio development, and enterprise positioning. How quickly you reach premium rates depends on your starting point, effort, and market conditions.

No Income Guarantees

We don't guarantee that any participant will earn a specific hourly rate, secure employment, or land consulting clients as a result of completing this program. We teach the skills, provide the frameworks, and give direct feedback. Your outcomes are determined by your execution.

5. Refund Policy

If you enroll and decide the program isn't right for you within the first 7 days (before the end of Week 1), we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked. After Week 1, refunds are not available because you'll have access to proprietary materials, simulation briefs, and live session recordings.

For payment plan enrollees: if you request a refund during the eligible window, any payments made will be refunded in full. After the refund window closes, remaining installments are due as scheduled.
