Full Power Platform stack mastery. First Microsoft certification (PL-900) earned. You walk out of this phase with a credential in hand.
Phase 03
Weeks 7-11
Consulting Simulations
Four real projects from messy client briefs. Scope changes. Stakeholder conflicts. Live demos with feedback. This is where the transformation happens.
Phase 04
Weeks 12-16
PL-200 + Career Launch
Second Microsoft certification. Capstone project. Resume, LinkedIn, and positioning playbook. Mock interviews. 90-day career launch plan.
